Anger Management

This will help you to live peace and happy no worries or anger any more .

We’ve all had those moments in which we feel completely out of control with frustration. Perhaps you’ve thrown something across the room, screamed at someone uncontrollably or put your fist through a wall. Those adrenaline filled moments seem unstoppable and uncontrollable. Most people react out of emotion and not rationality. Unfortunately, the majority of people will lash out without thinking and then realize what they should have done after the fact and the damage isn’t exactly easy to take back. We hurt the feelings of others during those stressful moments and perhaps even cause some damage to ourselves or our property.

Anger management is something that every single person needs to understand. Some people don’t need to go to the anger management classes that your communities offer, but others may have that need. There are people who can control their anger and deal with it in healthy ways. They have somehow learned that their emotions can be controlled and that they need to react only after they have thought the situation through. They still have the same physical reactions that are natural to every human being – the quickened heartbeats, raise in blood pressure and the levels of adrenaline. That’s what your body does instinctively when you get angry. What you choose to do with your body’s physical reactions is what makes anger management such an important concept.

Naturally, our bodies and minds react in an aggressive manner. We want to lash out and defend ourselves. Even the meekest of individuals will experience that feeling. In some situations, perhaps it isn’t such a bad thing to react in that manner. But, most scenarios don’t need such a harsh outburst. The goal of anger management is to change the way that you react emotionally to certain situations. We all know that we can’t get rid of the people who annoy us or the scenarios in this world that will test our patience beyond its limits, but we can change how we react.

Anger management classes, books or lectures can be incredibly helpful and life altering, if you’re open to the knowledge that they just may convey to you. You’ll learn relaxation techniques and how to calm yourself down in certain situations. You’ll learn how the language and words that you use in aggravating scenarios can be unwise choices and incredibly detrimental. Better reasoning and problem solving will also be emphasized. Once you can learn some relaxation or calming techniques, you’ll be better able to solve problems much more rationally than you may have previously. You may also find that you’re learning to communicate with others as well. Suddenly, learning some of these anger management solutions in which you can convey your anger in healthy ways will have you seeing the world a bit differently.

If you find that you struggle with anger management, admitting that you may need to find some healthier ways of dealing with life and its stresses could be a great way to start to enjoy your life more. In fact, every single person could benefit greatly from learning some forms of anger management. You just may be surprised at the person you turn into.

Reading activities - You know what?

Reading makes a perfect man..Is it True Really ?

In a world that is slowly but surely turning away from books and getting  glued to monitors or television screens, the importance of developing a passion for reading cannot be overlooked. Reading is a habit and should be established when the child is relatively young. What can you do to foster this habit?

Enroll your child for reading classes:

There are many well structured after school reading classes that aim to draw the children to books. They help kids with diction, idioms and phrases. For young children, these classes can be fun with animated
characters and pictures. Illustrated picture books, rhymes, silly songs and pretend stories all attract the young child. Use creativity to capture the child's vivid imagination.

Pique your child's interest:

If your child has a favorite character, pick a series of books that features this character. For my son, it was Spiderman. Thanks to friendly neighborhood spidey, my son latched on to comics fairly early in his childhood.

Build a home-library:

A skill like reading cannot be learnt in isolation. Do not leave all the hard work to the after school program. Pick up books that you think your child will like. The Internet is also a rich resource of reading games that will attract little children to the fine art of reading.

Blogging ? I called it "Modern Face of Literature"

If writing is an art, then, blogging is one way of using words to come up with an art. This is because people who are into blogging are the ones who are artistic on their own sense, carefully choosing words that would best describe their feelings, sentiments, wishes, desires, and everything.

Basically, blogs were first introduced as weblogs that refer to a “server’s log file.” It was created when web logging hit the virtual market. Since its inception in the mid-1990s, web logging gradually saturated the virtual community making the Internet a viable source of greater information.

However, with web logging, you still need a web site and domain names, but with blogging, you do not need anything just an account with blog providers. In most cases, these kinds of blogs are free of charge.

With the onset of blogging in the industry, personal journaling had been a common ground for people who wish to be known all over the world. However, not literally famous as this is not a case on being popular or well-known personality.

Generally, blogs are created for personal use. Like a journal, people can write their daily adventures, sentiments, and whatever ideas they want to express online.

Nevertheless, with the advent of the online businesses, blogs had gradually taken the limelight in providing businesses a chance to boost their productivity online. This is where the business blogs have taken the limelight.

Business blogs are, basically, created to advertise the services or products of a certain web site or online business in order to increase online sales.

Moreover, business blogs are also one way of promoting the company so that the other readers will know that a certain company exists online. With blogs, entrepreneurs are able to establish a name in the virtual market through articles that can be very useful in the reader’s life.

From there, you can make money out of blogs by simply syndicating it to your business’ web site. This can be done through the RSS technology.

So, if you are thinking to create a blog, whether for business or for pleasure, you need to know some tips that could help you get through and make your blog one of the interesting blogs online.

Here’s how:

1. Consider your audience

Even if your blog is generally personal, still, it would be better to consider the minds of your readers. You have to think of something that would interest them.

After all, most of the reasons of people who write blogs are not at all confined to their own personal motives. Most of them would love to be “heard” (or read) and would love to be known, in some way or another, even for just a minute. Hence, it is very important to come with a write up that everybody can understand, not necessarily that these people can relate to it but they can understand it.

2. Pictures speaks a thousand words

To make your blogging worth the browsing effort of your readers, it would be extremely nice if you will put some pictures in it. It does not necessarily mean you have to place a picture of yourself. Any photographs will do as long as it does not pose danger or insult to anyone who will be reading your blog.

3. Make constructive and beneficial blogs

Even if you are free to write anything you wan to say to the world, still, it would be better to create some write-ups that would be beneficial to your readers.

After all, its information technology that you have there so better be inclined to provide information rather than sheer quirky entertainment.

4. Avoid making multifaceted and complicated blogs

In order to have an interesting blogs, try not to use some highly technical and highfalutin words. After all, it is not a science discourse or a debate that you are making, so better stick to simple facts and short blogs.

Bear in mind that most people who use the Internet usually do more scanning than scrutinizing each site word for word. Therefore, it would be better to come with blogs that will not bore your readers just because you have these lengthy articles.

5. Make it interactive

As much as possible and if your capacity will allow it, make your blog interactive. Yu can do this by placing some video or audio clips in your blog.

You can even place an area for comments or for some feedbacks. In this way, you can get some impressions or reactions of other people. Who knows, you might even gain some friends just by making them feel at home in your blog site.

Indeed, blogs are not created just for the mere fun of it. It also has its own purpose in the world of the Internet.
Therefore, for people who wish to harness their craft, as far as writing is concerned, blogs are the best way to do it.

As they say, blogging is the contemporary term of creative and commercial writing.

The Theme of Prose "The Life and Death of Cholomondeley"

Describe the theme of Prose "The Life and Death of Cholomondeley".

Answer

Gerald Durrel takes cruelty to animals as the theme of the prose. He uses an animal known as Chumley to give the theme in a vivid manner. When we study Chumley's life we can understand the pains and sufferings he had to undergo. Mainly his freedom is disturbed by limiting his life to a cerden area. Sending animals to zoo use him mental and physical tortures. It is because he was given a limited area to live. It really is a harassment. It shows how cruel people are to put them in a cage and let them suffer. Not only that a chain was attached to his body.
"Chumley's crate was placed about Fifty yards from the hut(next a great gnarled tree stump to which I attached his chain)"
Using a chain to tie an animal is completely the cruel act.

Social Issue Discuss in the poem "Leave - taking"

 Question
What social issue discuss in the poem "Leave taking" by Cecil Rajendra? Discuss.

Answer
When we read the the above lines (poem) we come to understand the ignorance of adults towards to the elderly people which really is the theme of this poem. The above lines show us that the adults are not capable enough to provide elderly people their satisfaction of and happiness their only joy is from the smaller ones because we see the poor relationship between adults and old people. Therefore the first few lines which I mentioned are quite enough to realize the carelessness of the adults in the modern society towards the old people what we notice is that the old people are discriminated and make them.

Theme (Discussion) You are Old, Father William

This Discussion also I thought to continue in question and answer mode.
Question

What is the theme of  "You are Old, Father William" ? How is it present?

Answer
The poet of the poem "You are Old, Father William", Lewis Carrol takes generation gap as the theme. He brings this theme for our focus sarcastically through the dialogue between old man and young man who represent older generation and younger generation.
"And yet you incessantly stand your head"
Do you think at your age, it is right"
So we come to understand the fact that young people think that, when people become old, they become very week. But we know that all are not like that. The old people sometime stronger than younger. We also understand that the young man can't stand on head through the above lines. It is really shows the gap between the older generation and younger generation.
